Wonderful Stay
efficient staff professional service valet service
The valet service staff impressed me greatly with their efficiency. They seemed a bit rushed when leaving the car park. The receptionists were excellent. I appreciated their attentiveness and professional service.
The air conditioning in my room did not function properly. It made loud noises. I informed reception, and someone said they would control it remotely to lower the temperature. It never worked and I had an unpleasant night.

9/10
The room had ambient lighting and well-done decorations. The minibar was complimentary. The walk-in shower featured fabulous water pressure. Chromecast was available on the TV.
Service

The staff was professional. They also were helpful. Some staff seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than serving guests. The concierge, in particular, seemed dismissive and a little shirty.
