super cosy stay!
friendly staff good lighting cosy bed
i found the staff super friendly and helpful! i had an amazing experience and would definitely go back. i really appreciated the really good dressing table area with a dressing table, mirror, plug sockets and good lighting all in the same area. the bed was super cosy!
I thought the oplosbare koffie in de kamer was a slight downside. Otherwise, the rest was excellent.

I found the interiors beautiful. They give a glamorous and luxurious feel throughout the entire hotel. Reception staff provided great customer service. Parking facilities offered valet service, and a reasonably priced car park was right next door. I will definitely return.

Wonderful Stay
efficient staff professional service valet service
The valet service staff impressed me greatly with their efficiency. They seemed a bit rushed when leaving the car park. The receptionists were excellent. I appreciated their attentiveness and professional service.
The air conditioning in my room did not function properly. It made loud noises. I informed reception, and someone said they would control it remotely to lower the temperature. It never worked and I had an unpleasant night.

loud noise uncomfortable night
the staff were pleasant and always looking after you.
the room was quite hot and the air conditioning made a loud gurgling noise. it continued even after i reported it so i had to sleep with it turned off. it resulted in uncomfortable nights.

The room had a spacious shower. The bar provided good food and the staff members were helpful. The hotel decor created a lovely vibe throughout my stay. The hotel's location suited my plans since I wanted to visit the northern quarter. It proved to be right in the action.
The parking area seemed a bit unsecure, which concerned me . I would have preferred a more secure parking solution .

pleasant staff lovely bar nice stay
I found the staff very pleasant and attentive to my needs. the hotel bar was lovely. It provided a relaxing atmosphere. i appreciated the nearby ducie st warehouse, it's a good brunch spot. i had a nice experience.
